Get To Know Me
Andrew comes from an extensive structured finance background spanning senior debt, private equity, M&A advisory and project finance. Recently Andrew has worked internally for multiple founder led companies helping them develop strategy, execute growth plans and integrate strategic acquisitions. As the CFO of a wholesale petroleum distribution company that generated over $100 million in revenue annually, Andrew led the efforts to consolidate the company’s capital relationships, launch a new accounting platform and on-board multiple acquisitions and organic growth accounts that represented 20% year-over-year growth. As the COO of a German based advisory firm, Andrew led a number of cross-border clean tech and M&A transactions both domestically and in Europe.
He started his career with General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC) and Hypo Real Estate in their respective New York offices where he assisted in structuring and closing over $3 billion of commercial debt, mezzanine and private equity placements. Andrew graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in History.

Kevin has over 20 years of investment banking experience helping companies explore their strategic alternatives, including recapitalizations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, refinancings, public offerings, and general financial advisory services. Kevin has completed transactions ranging in size from $5 million to over a billion and worked with companies ranging in enterprise value of $10 million to over $30 billion.
Kevin graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Georgia with a major in Finance. Kevin’s industry experience spans industrial, manufacturing, business services, consumer products and services, healthcare and media. Kevin has worked extensively with founder-led and family-owned businesses as well as large, private and publicly traded companies.

Dylan has over 12 years of private equity and investment banking experience ranging from family-owned business to public and private companies of all sizes. Dylan has been involved in transactions in various industries such as consumer, business services, leisure & entertainment and industrial & manufacturing for an aggregate transaction value of over $2 billion.
Dylan has previous work experience in the payment processing industry as well as in real estate investing and asset management where he was responsible for a portfolio of multifamily properties valued at over $500 million. Dylan graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance.
