Dylan has spent the last 7 years of his career advising family-owned businesses, public and private companies in their most important strategic decisions, specializing in mergers & acquisitions and capital raises.  Dylan has been involved in transactions in various industries such as consumer, business services, leisure & entertainment and industrial & manufacturing for an aggregate transaction value of over $2 billion.  

 

Dylan has previous work experience in the payment processing industry as well as in real estate investing and asset management where he was responsible for a portfolio of multifamily properties valued at over $500 million.  

 

Dylan graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance.
